This email is to announce that the Delaware Department of Education has posted a Request for Proposals seeking professional services to Delaware early childhood programs to provide comprehensive early learning services for children and their families.

The state-funded opportunities available have been known as the Early Childhood Assistance Program (ECAP) and Redding Full-day Preschool Program (Redding) in past RFP cycles.

NOTE:  There is a Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting for this solicitation.  This meeting will be held virtually and is voluntary.  While attendance is optional, it is strongly encouraged as there will be an opportunity for bidders to ask questions after the presentation.
