Open Enrollment for the Health Insurance Marketplace is here!! DE has 57 plans available through 4 insurance carriers.  Most individuals qualify for financial help, allowing them to find health coverage for $10 or less per month.

Consumers who enroll by December 15 can get full year coverage for 2024. Those who enroll between December 16, 2023 and January 16, 2024 will have coverage that starts February 1, 2024.

Quality Insights has certified Navigators that provide FREE enrollment assistance to DE residents.  Please spread the word to those in need.  Many individuals in DE are losing Medicaid benefits and most of them will qualify for Marketplace coverage.
