Come and “experience” through interactive learning, discussion, and hands on implementation, the power of our amazing brains. Neuroplasticity; the ability of our brains to continuously change over the course of one’s lifetime, offers hope that growth and reorganization are possible. In our time together we will dive into this possibility, practice tools, and strategies that can shape reorganization and foster growth.
