Quality Insights is a non-profit organization with a simple mission statement: to improve health and healthcare. A grant awarded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services tasks certified Navigators to decrease the number of uninsured individuals in Delaware by providing free enrollment assistance in a Marketplace® plan. This includes individuals who lose Medicaid benefits during the renewal phase which is occurring between April 2023 and July 2024.
