The DELACARE Regulations for Family and Large Family Child Care Homes that were proposed in July will become effective on August 10, 2022. Attached are the updated regulations (feel free to print them) as well as a document of the summary of changes.
If you are interested in attending a training regarding these changes, presented by Kelly McDowell, OCCL’s Resource and Development Administrator, please click on the meeting link on the day and time of the training; no advance registration is required. Training hours will be awarded.
